This Menu cooked for HH Janananda Goswami Gurudev in Singapore.

No Salt or any spices to be added while cooking.

Restrictions : No tomatoes , No Cabbage

Hurb allowed : Ginger.

Spice : Black pepper powder

Day 1 Menu for Gurudev

Soup : Ginger Carrot Soup
Savoury : Vegetable Spring Roll (homemade panner + boiled corn + french beans +Capsicum )with coriander chatney
Khichadi : Vegetable quinoa and green moong cooked with vegetables  (Khichadi)
Sabji 1 : boiled Potato and Fenugreek sabji
Sabji 2 : Tindola Sabji
Sabji 3 : Green leafy vegetable any. Stir Fry
Dal      : yellow mung dal
Rice : Brown Rice
Roti : Pulka Rotis
Sweet 1 : Jalebi
Sweet 2 : Blueberry Pie
Sweet 3 : Milk Fudge with butterscotch flavour


Day 2 :

Soup : Lotus Stem Soup with ground nuts and dried red dates plus lotus seeds
Salad : Celery , mix green, avocado, cucumber, walnut with  olive oil, honey , black pepper dressing
Savoury : Shepherd's Pie
Khichadi : Same as Day 1
Sabji 1 : Stir Fry Palak Indian Palak
Sabji 2 : Beans , Tofu , Broccoli ,Carrot
Sabji 3 :
Rice : Brown Rice
Roti : Pulka
Sweet 1 : Dry fruits sweet Khajur Barafi
Sweet 2 : Blueberry Cheese Cake


Day 3 :

Soup :  Pumpkin Soup
Savoury : Pakoda
Khichadi : Zucchini + Sweet Potato + Suran + Tofu or Paneer cubes + Carrot  + quinoa
Sabji 1 : Boiled babay potatoes fried in butter and olive oil with black pepper
Sabji 2 : Boiled Aravi (taro root)
Sabji 3 : Chinese Palak stir fry
Rice :  Brown Rice
Roti : Pulka
Sweet 1 : Cup cakes
Sweet 2 :
